This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivery of products purchased from www.devourcouture.co.uk (“Website”). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this policy. Please read this policy carefully as it contains important information about how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.
This shipping policy applies to all orders shipped through our shipping partner, Royal Mail, using their 48-hour Tracked service.
We offer the shipping service through Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Service, to eligible delivery locations in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). Estimated delivery is within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout. Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping. These delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Neither us nor the delivery partner will be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, industrial action, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Additional charges may apply if a redelivery is required due to incorrect address information.
In the event of any discrepancies or issues with the delivery, you should contact us directly to resolve the matter. We will liaise with the delivery partner to address any concerns and facilitate the resolution process. Where available, tracking information will be provided to you via email once the order has been dispatched. You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of delivery using the provided tracking information.
The making times vary between 1 day and 8 weeks following the confirmation of an order, depending on material availability and current workload. Once dispatched, delivery times will be subject to the terms and conditions of the delivery partner.
We currently only ship to addresses within Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any international destinations. We do not offer international shipping at this time. In the event that an item is damaged during transit or lost, you must notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Claims for damaged or lost items must be supported by photographic evidence where applicable. We reserve the right to investigate all claims before offering a replacement or refund.
